Phantom

This is Phantom. She was born with Hydrocephalus and was not expected to live. The vet said that if she did live, she would be retarded and would have slight headaches. Image that, a retarded cat with headaches. I asked if she could eat, pee and poo and he said he didn't know. Well, she is about 8 years old, knows her name, and can eat, pee and poo... a lot. She does have some Hydrocephalus symptoms. As far as cats go, she is a little bit mentally challenged. She is uncoordinated at times. She can't jump more than a couple of feet high. Usually does not make eye contact, so I am not sure about her vision. Sometimes she seems to be looking at things that aren't there, like in this picture. Her claws are always out. She sleeps most of the time and does not wander around the house like the other cats do. She lets out this screeching sound sometimes that scares the s--- out of me, but she purrs when I kiss her, snuggles with me when I sleep and I love her to pieces
